The OwnersEx Place Turbine OwnersWindShare Co-operative and Toronto Hydro Energy Services co-own the Ex Place turbine under a joint venture agreement. All costs of maintenance and operation as well as revenues are shared 50/50 between partners. Toronto Hydro Energy Services Inc. is a producer of green power and energy efficiency products and services and serves customers across Ontario. It is an affiliate of Toronto Hydro Corporation, incorporated in July 1999 with the City of Toronto its sole shareholder. Toronto Hydro Corporation operates four wholly-owned affiliates that manage electricity distribution, retail energy sales, telecommunications and street lighting. |
